We want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and we work hard to ensure all products are of the highest quality and delivered on time.
If, for whatever reason, you change your mind on your order, you may request a refund by emailing web_orders@MOglie.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your item. Please state your order number and reason for return in the email.
The following items are exempt from being refunded:
Personalised / Made-to-Order products
Items not returned in their original packaging
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for a return and is advised to use a recorded or tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Only when we have received the items, will the refund be issued via the original method of payment. This can take 3-4 working days to process. Postage costs will not be refunded.
You will receive email confirmation as soon as your refund has been completed.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item has been delivered to you and is faulty, damaged, is the wrong colour or has been spelt incorrectly* then please email web_orders@MOglie.co.uk with a photo of the damage or spelling error within 30 days of receiving your items and we will send you a replacement. Please state your order number in the email.
*We will only replace incorrect colour / incorrectly spelt items if we are at fault for the error and will not take responsibility or replace any item where the spelling errors have occurred as a result of the customer mis-typing or selecting the wrong personalisation details, e.g. selected a colour different to the one they wanted.
WEAR & TEAR
Our Potty & Toilet Training Charts, plus our Early Years Learning products are designed for use under adult supervision in a pedagogical context, however we do understand that from time to time children can be a little heavy handed and wear and tear is expected.
If your item has become damaged after use, we will replace the items up to 3 months after you have received the items. Please email your order number and details of the damaged product to web_orders@MOglie.co.uk
If more than 3 months has passed, then unfortunately we will be unable to replace the items.
We only offer exchanges on faulty or damaged items.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you check that you have selected the correct item variations before you check out.
