Refund policy
At MOglie, we want all of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase and we work hard to ensure all products are of the highest quality and delivered on time.
REFUNDS
If, for whatever reason, you change your mind on your order, you may request a refund by emailing office@MOglie.co.uk. Please state your order number and reason for refund request in the email. A refund will only be issued if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
All orders will be dispatched within one working day of the order being placed. (A working day is 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday and excludes Bank Holidays). The seller cannot be held liable for non-delivery or late delivery by Royal Mail. In the event that an order is not received in the expected time, MOglie will issue proof of postage and will consider issuing a credit note to the value of the original card purchased. A refund will not be issued for late or non-delivery by Royal Mail.
In the event that a customer wants to return an item that is not defective, the customer is responsible for all postage costs for a return and is advised to use a recorded or tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Only when we have received the items, will the refund be issued via the original method of payment. This can take 3-4 working days to process. Postage costs will not be refunded.
You will receive email confirmation as soon as your refund has been completed.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item has been delivered to you and is faulty, damaged, is the wrong colour or has been spelt incorrectly* then please email office@MOglie.co.uk with a photo of the damage or spelling error within 30 days of receiving your items and we will send you a replacement. Please state your order number in the email.
*We will only replace incorrect colour / incorrectly spelt items if we are at fault for the error and will not take responsibility or replace any item where the spelling errors have occurred as a result of the customer mis-typing or selecting the wrong personalisation details, e.g. selected a colour different to the one they wanted.
EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges on faulty or damaged items.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you check that you have selected the correct item variations before you check out.
