Shipping policy

 

DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES:

​Your order will be produced and dispatched within ONE working day from the time that we have all the information required from yourself for us to be able to produce the ordered items.  This includes personalisation details as deemed appropriate by us.  We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2p.m. on the same working day

Orders of multiple items will be sent in one package, so any delay caused whilst we are waiting for the required information, will be applied to the entire order. 

Saturdays, Sundays and public Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Once orders have been dispatched, MOglie has no liability for the time taken for delivery.  Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s 1st or 2nd Class service, and whilst they state that they aim to deliver those items within 2 or 3 working days, that is not a guarantee from Royal Mail.

POSTAGE CHARGES:

All orders default to Second Class pot at a cost of £0.93.

There is an option to upgrade to First Class post, which is £1.75.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

​For International Shipping, please email office@moglie.co.uk for a quote prior to completing an order.

​SPLIT DELIVERY:

​Occasionally, we may split your order up into multiple deliveries.   If we do this, we will notify you in advance.  Any additional postage costs as a result of split delivery will be met by MOglie.
